Premium Cartridges ships by ground, free of charge across the continental USA for all orders above $200 US funds , otherwise there are freight charges on all orders.

Returns Policy All products can be returned within 10 business days from the date on the invoice . All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging . All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense. Any returns sent back to Generic Cartridges that do not follow the above criteria will be refused and sent back.
